Company Formation Advisory

Choose the structure.
Set the foundation.
Start operating.

Strategic and practical guidance for international founders and companies establishing a credible, operational business in the Netherlands.

More than incorporation

A Dutch entity
designed for
the business ahead.

A company can be incorporated quickly. Building the right structure—and making it operational—requires more deliberate choices.

We connect legal formation with the commercial and practical reality behind it. Ownership, governance, business activities, banking, tax onboarding and the operating plan must support the same Dutch objective.

Frequently asked questions

Before you
incorporate.

Can a non-resident establish a Dutch company?+

In many situations, yes. The appropriate route and practical requirements depend on the founders, activities, ownership, management and intended Dutch operations. We assess these points before the process begins.

Do you act as the notary?+

No. Dutch B.V. incorporation is completed by a civil-law notary. We coordinate the process, prepare the business information and help ensure the commercial and operational decisions remain connected.

Can you help with banking and tax registration?+

We support preparation and coordination, but final acceptance and registration decisions remain with the relevant bank and Dutch authorities. Requirements may differ depending on the company and shareholders.

What happens after incorporation?+

The company may still need banking, administration, tax, payroll, insurance, contracts and compliance arrangements. We provide a practical roadmap and can coordinate further support where agreed.
